Company will use this information for the sole purposes of qualifying the individual or business for the provision of H3 Financial Services Inc’s services as well as for ACH origination in support of the electronic collection of payments due merchants from customers. This information will be disclosed to the applicable ACH processors and their respective originating depository financial institutions (sponsor banks) as necessary to initiate ACH services.
